First and foremost, it looks much better in real life, but my camera didn't do TOO bad of a job, especially after fixing it a bit after transferring to the computer and cropping it some...anyway....
I NEED a new id....and this is it. I REALLY have been wanting to draw a close up of a person...and me being the only one I have easy access to....I just took a picture of myself to draw. I didn't want a normal boring expression that I often seem to draw myself in...and I like this expression and the photo I took of it...so I drew it in charcoal. This is probably the best piece I have ever drawn...at least of a person. I really like it and think it turned out just as I wanted it to. And look, you can see the tiniest bit of my wrist brace thing! The finger looks a bit off...but I don't feel like fixing it because it's not THAT bad...I think. Well, regardless of little mistakes and things I could probably do to improve it...I'm REALLY happy about this.

The eyes look so realistic and stunning and than the rest of it is just like.."bleh." It's okay, but its like the eyes are too good for the rest of the picture.
