Okay, to lay down the ground rules:
These are
soley for the
USSR Forum, and unless you are one of the people represented by an emoticon, you may
not use these emoticons.
Also, you may
not use any of the above emoticons as a base for your own character. These are
not to be edited.
And I am sorry, but I will
not make you one. These took many days to make. I may make some for the admins of particular forums, but unless I visit the forum often, the odds are slim (I.E. There's a higher chance of me making some for Aftervision than AndroCity, since I spend more time there).
With all this said, please enjoy. I appologize for my strictness, but that's the way it is. Now, for the description.
I made these emoticons for the USSR Forums and subforums. Though I doubt that they'll be used, I thought it would be nice for the forum to have them for a precaution. Also, the owner of each emoticon can use theirs as they see fit. :)
