Trying out manga effects!

I conquered the Lucky Star style! Now the only style I need to learn is Haruhi Suzumiya.

This here is Kagamin without her hair being in her famous two ponytails. I was thinking about the bitch know as Christine from "Phantom" while I was drawing it.
If you ask how I could get the stuff to draw this, just go on eBay or Amazon.com.

I don't own Kagamin.
