Wow! The character design is so cool! I like her jacket.
What really sticks out to me though, is the backround in the top area. It really reminds me of an animated Japanese movie I saw recently because of the vivid billboards and signs I saw in it. (the movie is called "Paprika". If you havent seen it before, I highly recommend it. )

Although it's maybe a little bit overlit - I like the context of this piece, but maybe it needs more vibrance?
