It's a Mewtwo. I wasn't planning to color it in, but I drew the original sketch on a lined piece of paper, and that was bugging me so I went ahead and finished it. You can see the original sketch in the background. I'm not sure if this is the proper category, because even though I used two mediums (pencil and vector), I don't think the vector art counts as 'conventional'.
EDIT 2/8: Changed the arms so they look less weird. You can compare it to the sketch in the background to see how they originally looked.
