This is for an upcoming game add on myself and a group of other talented artists are working on, you can view some of the other models at www.digitaltraction.net
Now the initial model is done I'll be building an additional four variants, which will be built from this model, but will have various changes in design depending on the variant.
Oh, and if you're curious as to what game this is for, it's for Rail Simulator.

Not to burst your bubble, but this looks to have too many polygons to be effective in a game.

Interesting developments for KRS. I know the guys at Train-Sim.com are having some trouble, especially the "Coconut King," Jim "Sniper297" Ward. Perhaps you know of him: the author of the Port Ogden and Northern. He's making it for KRS.
As it's Stanier, I can assume it's an LMS coach?

I really love how the interior is more than flat sprites... *weeps* The wagon looks really good.
When you get slightly more free time than you have nowadays you should make a tutorial on how you go about making these models.
Would be a fun way to learn, really.

Oh, this is going really nice! I see some parts where you need to put more detail, but overall its going nice. The engine supports normal mapping? ´cause it can be a good idea to model it on full high poly and then bake the surface as normal maps and apply it to the lowpoly model.
BTW, keep going on, this is starting to look nice!
PD: it reminds me to the model that I am working on. Well, its a tank, yes, not a wagon... but man, its mechanic too xD

Always awesome.
