This is Hatori 'Speak-No-Evil' Lorenski,
's character. He's holding Kiyo's cat Baghera and stuff. In all the What Ifs Hari has appeared in, he always possesses Baghera to talk to Kiyo. And then the creepy guy likes to snug with him.
