I have tried my best to improve my skill in portrait painting....for a long time i've been so unhappy with my work. U_U i felt like a failure..

So this was a nice exercise...i'm still missing the 3/4s shot...it should be up soon. Guan-Yin is a very special character....he is part wolf...although the ears don't really give much indication of that...and he will hopefully be sculpted, and casted as an Asian Ball Jointed Doll head from Doll in Mind company. I already have a Gackt Minimee....but it would be very special to have a doll that came from my own design...^^ hopefully this can become a reality....

Enjoy

!!! Normally I don't like the airbrushed look, cause I'm a whore for visible brush strokes and textures. xD
You, though, you pull it off sooo well! There's this silky-soft quality to your paintings that don't make them seem too clean and unnatural.
