There are some things I like about this and some things that just didn't work. It's on a large canvas so at resize it looked kinda funky - mainly the highlights. I kinda expected that since my palette was all wrong when I started those. But the hair makes it all better.
The point of this piece was to take a rather androgynous character like Juno and make her beautiful. This is actually the second version of this piece - I did a lined version of it back in 2004.

This is really interesting to see, since I'm used to seeing your work with that heavy black ink, everywhere, and here there aren't any outlines at all.

The way the hair flows is really good too
In terms of crit, perhaps you could put some detail, shadow, on the neck, as you did on the face. Have shadow on the neck according to the light source.
