The Sochaii canyons are located in more desert-like regions. They were dug out thousands of years ago by the river running through Karlisle territory and the two Kolabian territories: Kenvott and Uvot'n Koll.
BLAHBLAH RIVER BLAH. BLAH BLAH CANYONS.
Heavily referenced from a photo, but I did my fair share of work. And I couldn't do any tracing or paint-overs since the ref photo was like, an eighth of my canvas size (which was 2000x2000 pixels).
The only reason I got this done within 3 days is because I took a break from Sheezyart, Deviantart, GaiaOnline, and all other sites. Ha! :3 *does a happy art dance*
It was all done on one layer in Open Canvas 4.
