um, if you really want constructive criticism...his arms need to be longer, and try to give the clothes some wrinkles or folds to make them look more 3-D kay?
other than that very nice!
For this one the nose looks to high on the face thus making the mouth look to low, the shirt and pants could be better detailed, the arms could have a line or something indicating the arms curving behind the body so it doesn't look like his arms were cut off, and once again the coloring could be smoother looking. the eyes could also use some color or detail to them, same with the hair.
