Neway, it's Kami's witchcat Cloyell about to lift off with a bag full of goodies :>. Guided by her lil 0r0-flame that she extracted out of my bunni when they met ;0; oh noz
Y'know, I think what I like best about this piece is the fact that it leaves more than one impression as you look around. Just as the magic that fine feline surely employs, this picture gives off potency; the possibility of bringing more than it is. Her pose is highly suggestive, yet her expression neutralizes that, while simultaneously leaving to the imagination what reaction would follow from her upon further study of the viewer. The foreshortening on her legs also works along this two-fold scheme, leading us to wonder if her legs are more feline or if she is simply crouching and her shins are not very thick.
Simple, thin linework gives way to dark but detailed coloring; shades on shades on shades, with a healthy dose of artificial light thrown in. But it all falls out of the gothique tonal typecast with brilliant colors on the bag, the flame familiar, her hair, her coat lining and such.
Critique:
Just one. I don't quite understand the streak of light on the left side midway down her mane. It seems to me that light like that would be reflected on many of the ripples in her hair, or contour to them more.
I hope that broom of hers doesen have alot of splinters >_< that would probably be one of those plases that hurts really bad if you get splinters there xD

Knowing you, Foo, anything you'd extract from the 0r0 would be through highly suspicious methods.
