This is a vector of Rollo, a new character of Code Geass:Rebellion Of Lelouch Season 2, this took me 6 hours to do since i had a bunch of homework to do, and he's soo adorable and he looks just like Lelouch except smaller. I started outlining him from head to toe, and then i started to put in the colors and added the line dot brushes to the background and gradient the background, and thats about it, hope you like it JaT!
