Now, if you were a member of the Fornax boards, you would already have known about this image days ago including the background by itself and process work. Haha!
Anywho, N-joy.

Basic building outline came from a user-made brush @ JCMDesigns. I like his brushes, you should give him a peek sometime.

Impressive use of the brushes there, but how the background and foreground meld together is just stunning. Love the shading and the atmosphere. I'll havr to look into these brushes as they could help a bit in drawing city scenes.
