Looks very professional and polished. The only thing that looks wrong is how both wings print over the hair whereas, I think, one of them should appear behind it.
I really like it. The only complaint I have is the title on the sidebar - if I saw it in a bookstore binding out, I'd probably pass right over it. First off, the title is very small and sort of squished down in the bottom corner, rather than at the top or centered. I think, for the sake of titling it, you might want to separate Tsubomi and Blue Dreams, so that they're in one line down the spine. Also, if it's more than one book long, you'll want to think about where numbering would go and whether or not you'd want to add a side image or leave it simple.
.... I just looked again, too, and it's also a little difficult to read the price information on the top of the back and the title in the bubble on the back, you may want to play with text colors and effects... although that might just be a full-size vs. view-size issue.
