steampunk comic, character concept, Conner

conner was a poor kid, his parents died during the great riot when he was only 2. he was put in a orphanage somewhere in new york, where he was raised. on his 13 he escaped from the orphanage. when he heard they are going to test and implant V-tech technology into the kids. after a year of running around in the wasteland, he came by a butcher, who was a rebellion against v-tech technology, so he worked at the buchter, finally he had glimpse of a happy and normal youth. on his 16 ,he learned to hunt, since meat producers were protesting because of the high costs and the low payments, they had to hunt. on his 18 he bought his first gun, a smith and wesson revolver. at the age of 19, he became expert in revolvers, at this age he met william red, a soldier (who was secretly rebellion in the army). on his 20 he bought his first rifle, and then he met kayla. his 21 he was modifying his guns, to super weapons. kayla tested them.

now on 2016, he's 24 years old, and he is surviving in the wasteland. that he once called home, he's waiting at santa monica dock for his friend, red, to arrive.
