Basically, you may do whatever you'd like with this song, including make derivative works (i.e. remixes, weird Flash music videos), so long as I am given credit, and no money is made. (If money is to be made, contact me, and we will have to work something out. . . :))
This is one of two unrelated songs that I, for some reason, created in the same FamiTracker file. This one's a cover of a melody originally composed by Xyie Fourseasons. (Yes, he gave me permission to post this song and use a CC license.
No, he hasn't heard my cover. Yes, this song is overly short and crappy, and belongs in Shareables. x.+)
Edit:
(11:28:21 PM) xyie_fourseasons: *listents*
(11:29:56 PM) xyie_fourseasons: ah...
(11:30:18 PM) xyie_fourseasons: there...now that's something more like i expected...
(11:31:15 PM) xyie_fourseasons: taking it and doing something with it besides just having it there and done differently, but started off a bit more like that.
(11:36:59 PM) xyie_fourseasons:
good job
(emphasis mine)
Edit2: For reasons beyond my comprehension, the NSF file has this slide down an octave in the bass where the FTM didn't. >.> Anyhow, I found a workaround, and fixed it.

Heh, I like how it suddenly...well, I won't spoil it for anyone else listening. It was good though, both on a technical and compositional level. Well-done!

Only thing I didn't really like was the bass not changing pitch AT ALL.
Also super

HOT DAMN! I didn't know Xyie could compose with his brain. Err... BRRRAAAAAAAAAAIIIIIINNNSSS! Brains...
I do not exaggerate when I say this is one of the best compositions I've heard in a while. I'm not sure how much of it is yours but someone did really spiffy. Especially the latter part of it. It's neobaroque-tastic! And does smell quite familiarly like your works but I can never be sure. Nevertheless, I love it! Take my pancreas; you've earned it!
