Originally known as "Arbiter: God Instrument", this was way back in May 31, 2006 (Mostly started in June), and I decided to amped this up a little.
For those of you who aren't fimiliar with this, the stars, cresent moon, and galaxies were not existent at the time the first version was up.
Consider this the Version 1.1 of this picture. (Or 2.0, if you'd perfer that)
