And no, I don't know why the sea horse appears to be glowing. Maybe it's magical. >.>
And yes, the title is from an aerosmith song. I had a friend in highschool who loved that song so I got to hear it many, many times. That's probably the only line I remember from it though.

Awww, this is great! Really wonderful work with the medium. The figure has so much movement! I love the way her hair floats. And all the texture of her scales...I feel them rather than see them. Gorgeous.
