It's one of the highest points in the village Isaac (and the Angel Clan) live in, Waterstep. For some reason it's always foggy and has that sort of mental sky o__O
If i had any strong points then perspective sure as hell wouldn't be one of them xD; Plus when i put stuff in the oekaki section ya can't Full View... so it's here...
