Random sketch because I wanted to try at drawing curly poofy hair. I didn't quite get the curly, but Era's hair definite is poofy when she's casting spells.
Basically she's floating in the air, and her hair and skirt are kinda floaty too. It would make more sense if I attempted to draw the background.
Era's story is fun in the 'these are technically the bad guys and it's a for-fun story, so they can do whatever they want'. 'She' used to be a 'he', switched because the good guys were going after her father, whom she looked like a clone of, and mistakenly kept trying to kill her. Changing appearance didn't work, but gender did, so she stayed like that for a few months. Then decided that she liked that better so just stayed that way indefinitely.
Sad thing is, her parents make her strangeness look rather tame, but I love them all anyway. The story would be an utterly typical good country against bad country one if it was from the 'good' side. In some ways it's really interesting just because I'm writing that sort of story from another point of view.

My only crit would be to narrow the waist and widen the hips just a tad -- she is, after all, wearing a corset-type outfit -- but other than that, this image would make a great Priestess tarot image. Now, is the gender swap a physical or mental issue, because if it's only the mental, than forget what I said about the hips, but I'd still narrow the waist a tad, if only because of the corset.
