Um yeah. 'Tis Billy from Good Charlotte. He's always been my favorite of those guys, and I've been wanting to draw him so I did.
Annnndd I totally didn't style his hair like it looks now 'cos I have to admit it looks crappy now. I styled it the way it looks from when they released "Young and Hopeless." I think.
