the liquid seems very strange. I think the 'particles' need to be smaller. I don't know what to really call it since I don't use blender. It seems too thick, the chunks are too large, and it doesn't flow enough. I love fluid simulations though, good luck!

The blood seems to pulse weirdly inside the skull, but otherwise the liquid's movement seems fine.
