It's fanart, because I've always loved the Moomba from FFVIII and obviously he's in it. Pfft, I usually do all my stuff in a higher resolution than most and I don't bother trying to see what it looks like in lower ones, but this one I did... and so I resized it so it would look half way decent for those with a screen resolution of 800x600.
This is really dedicated to the people at DA since I've been there longer, but there are many people here too that are quite friendly and deserve something dedicated to them. So in short, this is to anyone who shows any type of support what-so-ever.

Cleaned up the lines in Adobe Photoshop CS.... it's the only program my brother has on his computer. I didn't do it before because I was too lazy to do it then. Nyah...
