This is Cera, Reba's lovely character! I drew her as my part of our art trade.
She's such a cutie. I don't think I got the color of her hair exactly right because I don't have a huge selection of Copic makers! I'm so sorry!
Women wore this style of dress around the late 1800s- early 1900s. I doubt they would have chosen such a bright color to wear though. After I started laying down that green I was like: DX Oh god it's tooooo bright and now she's gonna look like an asparagus.
