A pack of dreaded Tyranid spore mines. Spore mines are essentially floating toxin sacs which explode when they near an enemy. They can be filled with a variety of nasty payloads, ranging from explosives to acid to venom.
Painted as part of the Tyranid demo force that came in the Battle for Macragge box. Except for the four Tyranid terrain pieces, all of the Tyranid models out of the box are painted. Just gotta do the Space Marines now, but I've already got a hundred of those.

Too many times have my forces been caught off guard by those little terds...
Definatley an interesting paint scheme for Tyranids though, never saw those colours on a Spore
