I can't really pin point the idea behind the image, but since it's art, it's up to my interpretation. From the mannequin position, and the way she rests her hand on that little girl makes it look like the mannequin wants something from the girl. The way the mannequin's hand touching the blonde girl's face probably means then 'know' each others? Or it can depict probably a relationship between them. Then there's the smaller girl, who seems pretty scared and unwilling to look upon the mannequin. I would take a wild guess and say that the mannequin wants a body part and the big girl is giving her sister away as a sacrifice :'D LOLZ! Ignore my ramble!

The symbolism in here is strong. I sense somewhat of a mother figure in the mannequin.
