Sixth commission for Renner. Let us introduce, and in four cases to some, REintroduce, a few of the ladies and gentlemen from the upcoming work from the man, "Fetch Quest". From left to right we have...

It's funny. Height proportion wise, these five have got to be the closest and best I've ever done to doing it RIGHT. And when I first heard of Lionel, with a name like that, I didn't expect him to come out so badass. I'm also ridiculously amused with how much my Ambrosia contrasts with Megan Meyer (artist of Fetch Quest)'s rendition.

Out of the five, I have to say I like Nigel the most. I mean, look at him. That smug look, that huge axe, the coat over the shoulder thing...he's the BOSS. And it totally has nothing to do with the fact that I'm the first one ever to give him visual appearance.

Speaking of Nigel, Mike, I took your edits to his axe in mind along with the fact that it's a big bad weapon of GOD or something, so when you said "very wide", I went as "very wide" as common sense would allow. I hope this is more to your specs. Personally, I think it fits rather well with his big guy build.

One last thing: I've been getting hammered by a bit of people lately about how my drawing hands have been horrible. Now, the same could be said about some of them in this piece, so I'd like to say

LAY. OFF.

I've tried methods I've read, I've tried methods friends have shown me, I've gone for time unheard on end of trying to fix the hands alone on several pieces lately, and my hands STILL suck. I'd appreciate if you not act like I'm not even trying to do something about them, because trust me, I AM.

I'm failing miserably, but for fucking crying out loud, I'm TRYING, DAMN IT.
