The Last Cry of the Cicada

Wow, it has been a while since I've last submitted hasn't it. Well, I haven't died, just been preoccupied with...high school senior stuff...I'll save that for my journals, it has no place here.

This is a piece I've been working on little by little over the past few weeks. I've finally managed to finish it up later this evening and I am quite pleased with the result. It is a choral piece, and I did make it with an a capella chorus in mind. However, I have no decent choral/voice samples, so I made do with the Garritan Personal Orchestra strings, which seem to do the job well.
