This is a direct parody of an image campaign that was running in Germany for the past two years: "You are Germany". The point of the campaign was to raise self-confidence by pointing out achievements of a wide swath of german citizens (not all ethnic germans, either). The campaign is very easy to make fun of, though, and I'm turning it to a reasonable case in this instance.
The man portrayed here is an indian living in Saxony who, following a village festival, was chased around with his six companions by sixty drunken neonazis, who laid siege to his pizza restaurant until the police finally showed up. Public outrage followed, while the mayor proclaimed that there was "no right-wing extremism in OUR town" and a third of the village told the police that they were coincidentally absent from the main party going on in the village. Right.
So, to all beat-up immigrants who have trouble with nazi-wannabe fuckers: You're Germany. They... can get lost.
