Art Trade with Kakineko

Normally im more up to date with my art trades but ive had such a hectic year ive hardly had time to upload anything o.0 ive got half million pencil drawings of dragons, demons and wolfs that haven't even reached the scanner yet eep 0.o

I was going to add the wings but I liked the way the drawing was going with out them so here is an unwinged Prince Kai. I attempted a rainy sort of background as I read his profile which said he was techickly a rain element ^^ I played around the blue tools on the filter options and got a sort of glowy effect which I quite liked ^^
The Prince Kai writting is my own hand writting I used a Graphics Tablet and ive got a default brush thats a bit like a fountain pen!
