OK, so this is gaia commission #13 by Sakkura Yuki.
She wanted her character, pregnant, looking into a mirror, looking somewhat surprised at how big she had already gotten. I know I didn't give her that expression. I also got a few other details wrong x_X So check out 13.2 that will be uploaded after this one is -__-;;
