The virus has been spread! Infect red blood cells to spawn more viruses. Do the evolution to spread faster, become immune and to evolve to the most feared virus ever created.

Rather old by now, but I decided to submit it anyways.
Also, I'm aware that antibiotics don't affect viruses. They're just there for the sake of an additional gameplay mechanic, despite the scientific inaccuracy.
