Eyes
I saw you standing there
your eyes piercing through mine,
You watch me move across the room,
Twirling and swirling,
I stared back at you
fear fills me as I wondered
Why was he standing there?
Watching me and waiting.
This was like the dream I had before,
The darken sky and sound of thunder in the distance,
Rain fell to my face
cold and wet,
I felt distaste
I knew my crying would be washed away.
Then my eyes found him
Standing there
His menacing eyes silently smiling
watching my every move,
I twisted in invisible bindings
I couldn't move.
The feeling of distraught returned
My eyes felt the constant burning.
When I woke from the dream
I could hear his breathing.
Silently and skillfully
I move across the room,
There he was staring at me
from the spot on the floor
where he had been sitting
watching me while I slept,
Haunting me
taunting me
I could hear his laugh
from his unmoving lips
His dreadful smirk
his burning eyes
flaming desire I never felt before
I felt light headed,
As I fell to the floor
I was in some sort of trance
Unable to move
from the invisible binding,
Forever hurting
forever lost
This was now his game
I was the prey
I could never escape
his haunted way,
The way his eyes stared at me
still burning with lust
I was his greed
His envy
He knew he could have me
he craved me
I was the unspoken drug
the thick blood,
The scent in the room
was intoxicating
I slipped from sanity
I slipped from reality
All I remember was his eyes staring
