Channel Cat Frame

I made this for Mike, because I loves him!




It's basically a teeny tiny (comparing to my other stuff) CC, he's holding a heart picture frame thing. I put toothpicks in the main heart (as seen on the first picture) to hold onto the outer frame, but the outside frame got a bit warped in the oven, so it wouldn't fit without eventually falling off... (I wanted it to be removable so you could change pictures easily), so I made it hang off. Then I decided to add a plastic material (took the screen from my now empty Sculpey box) to make the "frame" of which to hold the picture in, because without it pictures were flopping out since there was such a tiny base...

I wanted to present this to him in a special way. =) So I put it in a box (lol my dad's watch box, I just wanted to hide it >_> and when Mike first came here today I told him I wanted to take a picture with him! (For the picture frame :]) So we set off to take our photo, I got it in Photoshop.. cropped our faces.. and resized it really small. He kept asking me what it as for: Skype? AIM? SheezyArt avatar? Forums?

Nope! Not like I'd spoil the surprise either~ ^-^

So I printed it out, cut it out into the heart shape and gave him the box. :3 Needless to say he really liked it. ^^ So I'm happy.

Unfortunately on his way out when we were going down in my elevator I was wearing new shoes ("high" heels) which I'm not used to yet. X0X so I was off balance, and kinda thwonked it out of his hand. Luckily only one foot broke (slightly), it's not noticible though unless you actually move his foot.

PS: I pixelated out my RL name so no one can find out! >:U And those of you who know my real name, hush! Lawl~~
