a cheapass animated gif i did in photoshop...probably took me about 10 minutes...it's cheap...but i'm cheap too...it seems i suck and i will never learn flash U ^ U SO THERE!

But seriously, you should try for bigger and better animations, I bet they'll look awesome, especially in your style!! 
One thing I would say is that the eyes should change a tad when they smile and the smile could be more progressive, but heck it's pretty darn cool already...I can't even animate in Photoshop *Hides*
