This is a part of my new project. It's something that I've been tossing around for a little while, and finally decided to do. This first one, The System, is just basically a tester, or a practice really. The next part to this one is going to be a lot more difficult for me. I'd like to do the next part in a painted technique, but I'm not really sure on how to do that. I'm going to need to spend a lot of time in Open Canvas to figure it out.
But anyway... if you all have been watching me, you know that this is a picture of myself. I am the gateway of the System. Her new, and first representative, connected to a body of energy that has the power to create and destroy. If something goes wrong, and evil enters, it could cause the complete downfall of all of the worlds.
That's a brief description of the System.
Hope you enjoy. I tried something new, the colored outline, and I really like it. And trying to find a good brush for the print on the outfit was killing me... I didn't bother to mess with the folds effecting the print, because really? I got lazy. However, despite that, I like how it turned out. First time using the burn tool for shading, and I'm starting to like it more than my old method.

Everything Else: Photoshop CS2, 3-4 days on and off.
