It's not even funny how long this took... *twitches* But, boy it was worth it!

This is Iris Delhi, an rp character of mine, whose quite sarcastic/evil. She's from an rp that is about different people who have powers (sort of like Heros, but not quite.) Iris is working for the agency, a government group whose goal is to eliminate/control all of these gifted people. As you can see, her power is water manipulation. Quite a fun power, I must admit!

Boy, I had to redraw parts of this a few times before getting it right! When I first started (though I didn't realize it) She was quite...plump. She's suppose to be willowly... But I fixed it, and now love it! I'm also quite proud of the background, even though it took forever! ><
