Amazing. You are a real newbie. (note that this is NOT an insult, I'm saying this as opposed to noob.) You've gotten the concept of copying and pasting down pat, something which most people struggle with. What I'm more amazed by is the text. No grammatical errors.(apart from a lowercase i in the first frame.) EXCELLENT grammar. The trouble, is the borders. From what I can see you lack the experience editing sprites that an expert would (hopefully) possess. There's too much white space, which just doesn't look very elegant.
