Slighty Dysfunctional Raccoon Family

Well, here's Joaquin's family... a perfect mirror of my own family.

The two on the far left with the running toddler in front of them are Joaquin's half-brother, Derick Rabbison, and sister-in-law, Krysta, with their son, Darien. Derick is a raccoon/rabbit mix... he and Joaquin have different fathers. Krysta is a field mouse, and little Darien is an interesting mix of his parents.

Of course, there's Joaquin (birth name: Jezebelle) in the middle, scowling most likely at her brother... who seems to be glaring at her anyway. She and Derick are five years apart in age, and whenever they're in the same room together, they fight like cats and dogs.

On the right side are Joaquin's parents, JR and Tabitha Raccoon. JR (like my own father at the time this picture was drawn) recently had neck surgery, hence the neck brace. He's from down south, and believe you me, it shows. Tabby is a short lady, much like my own mother, and seems worried about something in this piece... probably about whether or not her children are going to start fighting again.
