So this is something I doddled a while back now, I was just going to submit the coloured virshion rather then the sketch but I never got the time to acttuly colour the image in. Also the hands are the right way round its just i couldnt fit all the pose in, shes acttuly twisting her wrist round to show the eye kind of thing I can't reali explane it very well.
