Bound Control

Doodled this up Friday night at about 3am. Heavily inspired by jennadelle from Deviantart.

I'm putting them in the same type world as my two blind dragons. With the help of a few friends, I've decided that as a species, these guys will be called Procyidae. This particular guy's name is Erithrizo.

As for the story behind the bindings, these guys live for self-control. It's their modem in life. This particular guy has carried it to the extreme however, taking the final step and stapling his mouth shut. If someone can come up with a feasable way for him to feed himself, I'd be grateful. As I was saying though, the bindings symbolize the level of control they have. Once a binding is put on, if it needs to be removed, it is looked at with extreme distaste. These guys are all powerful telepaths and all have some level of telekenisis.
