Mizu Torrent - The Raging Stream - Most refered to as the main character of the series, she is tomboyish, violent, and fights for what she believes in at any cost. She is known as The Raging Stream, because she controls water easily at the notion of her javelin by will. She is often seen beating on Kasei, and joking with her friends. Don't take Kasei and Mizu lightly as enemies however, because they're best friends, and an extremely deadly team when they're together.
Although she prefers street fighting and hand to hand, Her Special Attack is known as the Tidal Maelstrom, when she summons waves from the oceans, and creates a massive whirlpool, inducting lights of an aqua color to the center from all sides, slicing all that are trapped in the center.
