Doctor Who Desktop!

Well this is my end of the deal for for him making me a Flash ID which I'll have on Thursday! So yeah... although this is a present for him you can go ahead and use it if you want. Also I'd like to apologized for the Low-quality of the Doctor. I tried to find one that was better but, I couldn't find one so I used that picture of him I had on hand. I maybe could have made it better if I used the Sharpen tool on Photoshop but, i'm such a novice I decided against it.
