This was requested by [Master Dogberry]. He asked me to draw his Dr. Dolittle fan characters. In his take on the story, Dr. John Dolittle has a gay twin brother named Coca. He's seated here on the Pushmi-Pullyu. The fellow lighting Coca's cigarette is Sebastien LeGleo, his older French boyfriend.
