Saturn uses her Silence Glaive in the anime to defeat Pharao 90, so she basically commits suicide and Sailor Moon comes out with teh baby!
I wonder if it's forbidden to know Puu-sama because if you know she can use time stop, you will rely on it if you aren't strong enough to defeat enemies on your own?
I blame the voice actors because English voice actors tend to be awful and not nearly as professional as Japanese Seiyuu.

The StarS were boys in the anime, not so they could attract the Princess by being sexy boys, but to become popular idols, so their song would reach her. In the manga they are women who cross-dress as men. In the anime, for some reason, they are women senshi who turn into men (that turn BACK INTO WOMEN SENSHI!) when they need to fight. They become pop idols so that their song will reach their princess who is somewhere on Earth.

All three StarLights are technically shooting stars. They travelled as stars from their homeworld, destroyed by Galaxia, to Earth to find their Princess as well as the strongest light of hope.

Depends on what you're paying attention to. Anime-wise, yes. Queen Serenity has white hair, Neo Queen Serenity has blonde hair and Small Lady has pink hair!
In the manga/ Naoko's artbooks, Neo Queen Serenity appears to also have white hair like her mom!

In the manga she is Sailor Cosmos, the alternate future of Sailor Moon. The Sailor Moon who made a mistake and didn't defeat Galaxia or the Galaxy Cauldron.
