Solnari Stripe Study

If you are reading Jason Blankenship's (GoggledKnight) story "Tiger Knight", be warned, this is a spoiler for later in the story


Max and Kate from "Tiger Knight".

I felt like doing a stripe study for the Solnari race, to figure outwhat the patterns would look like.

for those that don't know, The Solnari (the alien race in jason's story) are lycanthropes... well, TECHNICLY, not Lycanthropes, cause lyc- was the prifix meaning wolf, and since Tigris means Tiger, the prefix would be Tig-, so they are Tiganthropes, weretigers.

This is the base physiology of a Solnari. Human (and geneticly compatable with earth humans) but with tiger stripes and pointed ears. Most Solnari never acheive the weretiger form. they are NOT furry in this form, they just have stripes.

its sad, i took half an hour to draw the original anatomy for Max, and it was all sketchy.
kate took me around 5 mins for her anatomy and it was clean and smooth. needless to say, female anotomy is much esier for me than male anatomy
