Want a good idea when using blurs? make it to pngs, rtil did that for a collab recently.
Like the effect into a transparent png. also, you shouldn't use so much blur, it makes it look weird, cause flash has such shitty blur.
But hey, that's an awesome drawing what so ever :)
As Loathsome said, use pngs for the blurs. It's still really laggy even in low quality. Also, try not to use too many filters at once. But this would be much better if you did that.
