I'm not in as much pain as before with the aid of my good friends Percocet and Vicoden (I sound like doctor House >_>...) so I decided to work again on my angels. My foot isn't really in pain anymore, but my hands are aching like crazy from the crutches. But I still managed to use the pen tablet
woot.
My second guardian angel, Tamil (pronounced like "tameel"). She took way more redesigning than Adarsha did because I when I looked back at my old design... I hated it. The outfit was kinda cool but needed more. I added those petal shaped pieces and her hair is COMPLETELY different. She's entirely a different character now. The old outfit was red and blue which made me go "what the hell was I thinking when I coloured this?!'
On the colouring stage, I started to paint her outfit and such blue.. like a sky blue. But it looked SO BAD... then I did that poll asking about what colour I should try that I rarely ever use.. and orange was the majority. So Tamil has orange and gold! I think it's fabulous.

The coloring is really nice, wonderful placements of highlights, I like that orange and gold. Great design overall, I just can't get enough of your style!
And I hear you about the crutches making your hands sore, for me it was my wrist, I kind of have tendonitis issues with them anyways and the constant pressure from walking with the crutches really did a number on them. I took to crawling when ever I could. Or hopping. But that makes your other leg start to get really sore! Anyways, glad to hear that overall your doing better and how fantastic you're able to work on art!

I really like the pose and the lighting. And the wings are awesome. This is actually the first time I've ever seen anyone draw two-toned angel wings, even if it is just the tips. They're usually just one color. But I like it.
