... Step one of a project I have planned sometime in the distant future... I was thinking about trying my hand at traditional animations, and, using an official SWAT Kats reference sheet as... Reference... I drew a lip Sync chart. The SWAT Kats chart was used in the actual show, and included variations of the lip movements used in my pic above... There's is better, but mine will work for now...
